Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lighting and design sector.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, and technical) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Support the preparation of business development plans, forecasts, and progress reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the lighting industry (mandatory).
- Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
