Sales Manager, Lighting [Regional & European Markets] – Keserwan, Lebanon

On behalf of our client, a leading international lighting design and manufacturing firm, we are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the Regional and European markets. Position Overview
Based in Keserwan, Lebanon, the Sales Manager will expand the company’s client portfolio, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the Regional and European lighting markets. The role requires frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and oversee project-related business development activities.

Reports To: Head of Sales / Managing Director
Languages: Full professional fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken); German is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Regional and European lighting markets in alignment with company objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with lighting specifiers, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships for ongoing lighting programs.
• Represent the company at international lighting and architecture trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across Regional and European markets.
• Collaborate closely with lighting design, project management, engineering, and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor lighting market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities; provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company values, sales policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, including 7–10 years in progressive sales roles, ideally within lighting, design, architecture, or high-end manufacturing and across Regional & European markets.
• Proven success developing and managing client accounts in the lighting sector and adjacent built-environment industries.
• Strong network within the lighting ecosystem and the architecture, design, and construction sectors in Europe and the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Regional and European markets.
