Role Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting and sourcing qualified talents. S/He will be involved in every step of the hiring and onboarding process.

Job Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Business Industry: Express, Freight & Logistics

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build a strong employer brand to attract the right candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies that are up to date with current practices.
• Stay updated on industry news, trends and best practices related to talent sourcing trends for hard-to-fill positions for local and regional workforce.
• Coordinate with Functional Heads and key stakeholders to identify and define talent requirements.
• Source talented individuals using a variety of communication channels through referrals, social media and university networks.
• Liaise with potential candidates & schedule meetings with concerned parties.
• Review candidate resumes and conduct interviews.
• Finalize and negotiate job offers and agreements with selected candidates.
• Prepare the onboarding process and implement a cultural orientation for every onboard new hires.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with concerned managers to determine the effectiveness of candidates selection.
• Handle & organize the exit interview process for every employee resignation.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Recruiting experience for key positions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Ability to navigate through various platforms including LinkedIn and other recruitment solutions.
• Excellent networking abilities.
• Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
