The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strong client relationships. The role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful promotion and sale of lighting solutions.
Location: Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of lighting sales professionals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the lighting division.
• Provide expert advice on lighting solutions to clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and approach potential clients.
• Develop proposals in response to client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Engage in other activities related to lighting sales or sales support.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a lighting sales team leader in the UAE.
• Prior working experience with international clients in the Middle East region.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience using DIALux, AutoCAD, and Adobe Animate.
• Passionate about lighting designs and trends.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory environment related to lighting products.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
