Job Summary:
The Sales Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the sales team. S/He will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales data, analyzing sales targets, providing support to the communicators as needed, and offering data-driven recommendations to enhance the sales strategies.

Location: Keserwan, Lebanon

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor sales targets and regularly report to the Sales Support Manager.
• Conduct weekly calls with sales communicators to review and discuss their sales targets and progress.
• Assist communicators in developing their “hit lists” (prospective customers) and help them prepare for the current week’s activities.
• Hold weekly meetings with communicators to optimize their portfolios, discussing strategies or adjustments to improve performance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to new communicators in our sales process, sharing best practices and helping them acclimate to the role.
• Support communicators in updating their project pipeline.
• Analyze data related to sales performance and targets, using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Generate reports as needed, summarizing key insights, trends, and performance metrics related to sales.
• Ensure that CRM data input by communicators accurately reflects their actual performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Business, Customer Support, Data Analysis).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in sales support and data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the sales team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
