The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, plan and implement sales strategies to generate and maximize business results through effective Sales and Services offered to existing and new clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Target, plan, and win new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies and activities to support existing customer relationships and new growth.
• Identify and develop sales pipeline and support actively defined operations.
• Develop and manage initiatives on new sales contacts with the sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop value added solutions.
• Provide quick and efficient communication to customers.
• Contribute to overall plans, strategies, budgets, and performance reviews.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a managerial.
• Experience in Express and/or Freight Industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with new and existing customers.
• Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
