The Operations Assistant will be an integral part of the logistics team, supporting various aspects of the supply chain process. This role requires a strong attention to details, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Arrange, schedule and book shipments with shipping and airline carriers, considering cost-effectiveness and delivery timelines.
• Track and monitor the status of shipments, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for international and domestic shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with customer service to address inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Identify and address logistics issues promptly, collaborating with team members to implement effective solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
• Assist in analyzing logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize logistics processes.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
