Role Summary:
NI Sales Engineers study markets and proactively prospect new leads by promoting the company’s brand, products and services.

Location: KSA

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively prospect for New Installation sales;
• Organize and visit clients, consultants, architects, developers, contractors to prospect new leads;
• Provide support to clients, consultants, architects, developers, contractors on elevator design and traffic analysis;
• Prepare tenders/quotations and actively follow up;
• Promote company products to existing and new clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales;
• Gather market and customer information;
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations;
• Understand the company’s products and provide technical support to the sales team during design phase of projects;
• Maintain and timely update the needed entries on the system;
• Provide a proper analysis of the project stages and winning odds;
• Carryout Traffic Analysis, workout all necessary dimensions to support consultants during design and advise an appropriate solution in a professional and effect manner;
• Prepare adequate quotations based on accurate cost calculation to be presented to the client;
• Coordinate with other departments (installation, projects, finance, safety, etc.) to prepare all necessary information to be submitted with the quotation/tender (including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.);
• Adhere to all health and safety rules of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Elevator Industry in Sales/Modernization;
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills;
