Role Summary:
The Market Analyst collects, analyses and monitors market data and supports Top Management on economic evaluations. S/He specializes in researching and analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and support strategic decision-making for a company. For this particular role, the Market Analyst will report to the CEO providing assistance in most administrative tasks.

Position Location: Dubai, UAE
Business Industry: Elevators, Escalators and Moving Walkways

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO in his day-to-day activities, ensuring a smooth functioning by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating seamless communication.
• Conduct UAE Market Research, by gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Utilize various research methods, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools.
• Identify key competitors and monitor their strategies, products, and market share.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of competitors to inform business strategies.
• Interpret data to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Evaluate the performance of existing products or services in the market.
• Track sales trends, market share, and profitability.
• Use statistical tools and data analysis techniques to interpret market data.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing market research findings.
• Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
• Use historical data to predict future market trends and demand.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop business plans and strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive understanding of market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory.
• Manage and implement marketing & communication budget to drive growth.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained and properly utilized in marketing and communication efforts.
• Responsible for internal communication such as: newsflash, company events, etc.
• Attend and organize client events, trade fairs and exhibitions, promotional activities and market research conferences.
• Maintain an effective Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis to gauge customer’s brand loyalty.
• Overall support on special reporting duties and high priority projects.
• Handle specific Executive Assistant tasks for Senior Managers.
• Promote and adhere to all safety regulations of the company.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Economics.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in Matrix Organizational Structure.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities across multiple deadlines.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio)
