Role Summary:
The Export Coordinator is responsible for liaising between customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure an efficient operational service is provided. His/Her responsibilities include filling paperwork to plan shipments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle necessary communication with customers from order setting till booking, loading and delivery at site in proper conditions.
• Follow up on customer requirements, documentation, export permits, conformity with legal authorities, etc.
• Manage and execute related quotations, pricing, invoicing, forecast, and sales behavior for the given period.
• Communicate new customer requirements with top management, quality and production team.
• Collect different shipping quotations and organize booking and loading dates.
• Liaise with other departments (purchasing, production, warehouse) to ensure and assure relevant lead time, effective and efficient export & production activities, and full customer support.
• Monitor, record, analyze and report on customer activities, market trends, along with complaints, and recommendations.
• Check, plan and assist in international targeted exhibitions, follow up on accounts communication and sampling.
• Follow up on customer property and/or new design and special label request.
• Manage and liaise with stock control, warehousing, food safety team and distribution all activities that might influence export activity.
• Plan and manage the languages and communication translations, conversion, weights, sizes, labelling, quality standards, instructions and operation manuals as necessary to enable effective relations and integration of the required activities within the supply chain.
• Assist in contract reviews, negotiation and/or sales orders.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business management, logistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as export officer/assistant position or logistics coordinator.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of export policies and procedures.
• Positive attitude and able to adapt to new changes.
• Ability to work without supervision and great direction.
