Commercial Coordinator, Keserwan – Lebanon
Role Summary:
The Commercial Coordinator will focus on providing support for Units across Europe and the Mena Region. S/He will be the main link of the offices and the core team.
Position Location: Keserwan, Lebanon

Reporting To: Commercial Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate offers/contracts with adequate term and conditions.
• Work closely with several departments such as Finance, Project Design, Production and Logistics in order to follow up on the whole order process.
• Serve clients on first orders or on claims and after sales service.
• Process orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Negotiate quotations and prices.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Good knowledge in ERP system software.
• Strong command of English and French (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge in Accounting and Financial terms.
• Strong knowledge in Logistics methods.
• Great communication skills.
• Excellent client servicing skills and customer support.
• Good attention to details.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task.
• Good understanding of technical information, mainly in electrical and lighting design.
