Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager will manage the sales team; develop new market and business partners; increase the company’s market share and achieve annual targets.

Position Location: KSA

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle Key Account Customers;
• Conduct project reviews and updates setting and following on action plans;
• Prepare tenders/quotations and actively follow up;
• Promote company products to existing and new clients;
• Define Sales Strategy and distribute tasks to Sales team;
• Prepare Sales Team/Area Target;
• Review and approve offers prepared by the sales team;
• Support the sales team achieving individual targets and building relationships with customers;
• Follow up on projects with sales executives;
• Gather and keep updated market information on the competition and market strategies;
• Propose sales strategies based on actual market status and stay updated with market movement;
• Maintain an adequate NPS follow up and resolution;
• Discuss priorities for quotations, product selection, technical compliance, cost optimization possibilities;
• Prepare Weekly reports and major projects storyline etc.;
• Review Tenders and prepare designs, specifications, compliance, solutions for clients in pre-sales and tender stage;
• Provide updates to Managing Director and Branch Manager on major projects and market challenges;
• Conduct site hunting and seek new leads;
• Follow up on projects, propose revisions when needed, prepare presentations, and request/conduct meetings with concerned stakeholders;
• Visit customers and maintain positive relationship with them;
• Prepare and submit yearly and monthly forecast.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules of the company.

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Elevator industry
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Engineering Business
