Role Summary:
The Boutique Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and overall functions of the boutique on a daily basis and ensures maximum profitability and smooth operations; S/he will also train, motivate, and inspire staff to achieve sales goals.

Position Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the boutique smoothly and efficiently (Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture collection).
• Promote products, provide information, answer customer inquiries, etc.
• Lead the boutique Sales to achieve Targets.
• Maintain the overall image of the brand.
• Responsible of the boutique security and safety.
• Maintain smooth interaction with clients and establish a professional relationship with new customers.
• Provide reports on daily sales, client visits and appointments.
• Handle and follow up on clients’ payment.
• Shadow and train new sales team member.
• Display the dresses delicately to catch customers’ attention.
• Ensure the boutique is clean and well organized:
– Shelves and wardrobes are properly stocked;
– Mannequins are kept at the right place to attract customers;
– Mannequins styles changed frequently;
– The merchandise should be displayed according to the season as well as the latest collection and trend;
– The boutique is well lit, ventilated offering a positive ambience to the customers.
• Make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile.
• Ensure a growth in the overall sales of the boutique.
• Update the boutique stock and inventory on a daily basis.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, available, rigorous and organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent presentation.
• Customer oriented, capable of managing demanding Clientele.
• Highly experienced in the sales of High-End Ready-To-Wear and Haute Couture.
• Computer literate.
• Details oriented.
• Problem solving skills.
• Trustworthy, loyal with high level of confidentiality.
Trilingual; perfect Arabic, English and French.
