The HR & Admin Manager has the combined responsibility for the HR as well as the Administration department, managing policies, programs & initiatives as well as day-to-day activities.

Position Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Reporting to: CEO

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Asses the business needs and assist in the implementation of an HR System and other HR intelligence tools
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and find ways to streamline processes
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Oversee facilities services including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, office supplies and transportation.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience as HR and Admin Manager
• Highly organized; people oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English is a must; French is a plus
