Utilizing CRM tool to attain leads and organize the sales work flow.

Reporting to: CRM Manager
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prioritizing and organizing leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities on the CRM.
• Conducting research in order to get details on every lead.
• Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
• Making sure the customer database is updated and correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant major
• Up to 3 years of experience in the same role
• Media Industry experience is a plus
